When will my order be processed?
Doll Jersey orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Custom Jersey orders take a little longer to process, since each one is personalised and produced to order — please allow 4-7 business days before your order ships. Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email with the tracking number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it. After that, your order has already started processing and we're unable to make changes. Contact support@artforge.toys within the 10-minute window if you need to make a change.
Customisation
How does personalisation work?
For Custom Jersey products, simply enter your Jersey Number and Preferred Name when adding the item to your cart — we'll print your details on the jersey before it ships.
Can I change my number or name after ordering?
You have 10 minutes after placing your order to make changes — see "Can I change or cancel my order?" above. After that, production has already started and changes can't be made.
What if I don't fill in the number/name field on a Custom Jersey product?
The Jersey Number is required for all Custom Jersey products — you won't be able to add the item to your cart until it's filled in.
Product & Compatibility
What size dolls does this fit?
Our kits are designed to fit dolls sized approximately 8cm × 7cm × 17cm (3.1" × 2.8" × 6.7"), compatible with most standard art toy figures including Labubu and similar sizes.
Is the doll included?
No — our kits are outfits only. We recommend purchasing authentic art toy figures from official brand stores such as Pop Mart, Sonny Angel, or your preferred retailer.
What's the difference between Doll Jersey and Custom Jersey?
Doll Jersey kits are ready to wear exactly as shown in the product photos — some feature a pre-printed squad number and player name, others don't, so check the product images before ordering. Custom Jersey kits let you choose your own number and name to be printed on the jersey.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Doll Jersey (non-customised) items are eligible for return only if all of the following conditions are met: the item is received back at our warehouse within 7 days of your delivery date; it is completely unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact; and you have arranged and paid for tracked return shipping at your own cost. We are unable to issue a refund for items that are lost, damaged, or delayed in return transit, so please use a trackable shipping method. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days for the product price only — shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable. Custom Jersey items, personalised with your own number and name, cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than a verified manufacturing defect or shipping error, as each one is made specifically for you.
What counts as a defect?
Things like stitching coming apart, stains, or misprinted/misaligned customisation text count as defects. Minor variations like slight fabric texture differences or loose threads are normal for handcrafted textile products and aren't considered defects.
Care
How should I care for my jersey kit?
Hand wash only, in cold water with a mild detergent — gently, without rubbing or wringing, especially around any printed name/number. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, and fabric softener, as these can damage the fabric and fade the print. Lay flat on a towel to air dry, out of direct sunlight.
